Four principal players of the renowned Irish Memory Orchestra join forces for a unique chamber music event, bringing together the worlds of classical music and Irish traditional music. Orchestra founder Dave Flynn (guitar) joins Aisling Agnew (flutes), Mark Redmond (uilleann pipes) and Aidan Dunphy (percussion) in a selection of music by composers from Bach to Carolan, Liz Carroll to MairtÍn O’Connor.
The concert also features reimagined versions of compositions Dave Flynn created for the Irish Memory Orchestra. This is the final Irish Memory Orchestra event of its 10th anniversary season, one not to be missed!
