The Art of Poetry: Poetry for Page and Stage

This session will be facilitated by Poet, Playwright, and Performer; Samuel Yakura, to explore the forms and styles of using Poetic Language, the nuances in writing Poetry for Page and for Stage, the use of contemporary Language as a poetic device, the technique of delivery and performing Poetry, crowd control and engagement, Slamming, and the collaborative gift of Poetry with other Art forms.
