QUAKE by Janet Moran

In June 2021 we were delighted to welcome Janet Moran to Mermaid to work on her new piece QUAKE.

Janet was accompanied by Movement Director Bryan Burroughs and the case Caitriona Ennis, Hilda Fay, Mark FitzGerald, Jonathan White, Anna Healy and Ruairi Heading

Speaking about the week in development Janet said: “We had an extraordinary week workshopping Quake, a new piece that follows a group of people as they navigate life’s challenges and thrills over the course of a year. Bryan Burroughs led us through movement work that we hope will really elevate the piece to become a strange and funny and wonderfully human piece of theatre”
