One great big experiment!

Inspired by Roots of Empathy (link to www.rootsofempathy.org and by her experience helping start babytheatre in South Africa, Bray-based early years theatremaker Anna Newell (link to www.annanewell.co.uk) embarked upon a unique experiment this October, bringing together 10 transition year students from Wicklow and beyond to create babytheatre with them with post-graduate researchers from Trinity’s ImmaLab (link to www.immalab.wordpress.com) to explore the impact of this on the teenagers. Funded by Wicklow County Arts Office, this was the first time in Ireland, possibly the world, that such young performers had been involved in babytheatre.
