Open Captions Available - Cinema at Mermaid

Did you know, where available, we screen our English-language films with Open Captions – making cinema more accessible for d/Deaf and hard-of-hearing audiences, and anyone who finds subtitles helpful. Mermaid want to make our cinema accessible to  and inclusive of as many people as possible, so that everyone can feels welcome to sit back and enjoy our films. 

All our foreign language films will also have subtitles displayed onscreen. Availability of open captions will be indicated on the film's webpage on our website.
