No Booking Fees at Mermaid
At Mermaid Arts Centre, we do not believe in booking fees, administration charges or processing punishments. We actually want you to come and have fun. So it’s simple - the price you see is the price you pay. We have concessions on the majority of our shows and if you want to make even more savings have a look at our deals page or become a friend. We're cheaper than a cinema ticket for our movies, our theatre tickets and music gigs are competitively priced and we often run free events, talks on visual art and much more.

Payment may be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Visa Debit). No charges or booking fees apply. Tickets should be collected from the Box Office at least 15 minutes in advance of the performance.

Payment may be made by cash (payable to Mermaid Arts Centre) or credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Visa Debit). No charges or booking fees apply.
Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please note that events are subject to change. Please confirm details at time of booking.
Concessions
Concessions are available to students, senior citizens and the unemployed on the majority of performances.
After booking
All pre-paid tickets should be collected from the Box Office at least 15 minutes before the start of the performance.
On receipt of your tickets, please check the details are correct. If there are any problems, please call the Box Office for clarification.
