A Message From Mermaid
While our doors remain closed, or infrequently open to small numbers, we wanted to reach out to let you know that we’re still thinking about you. In order to do this and to support Wicklow artists we commissioned artworks by Liing Heaney, Joanna Kidney, Michael Geddis, Brigid O'Brien and Alan Clarke.
Jody O'Neill Commission
Mermaid Arts Centre will commission a new full length play from Bray-based playwright Jody O’Neill in 2021, with support from Rough Magic and the Abbey Theatre and made possible with generous support from the Arts Council.

Artist Colm Keegan (Writer/Playwright/Poet) ran a series of workshops with young people from Little Bray Youth Project at the start of 2020. Colm and the young people have written and created their own spoken word poetry for this special online performance.
