Facility Fee

From January 2023, all ticket prices at Mermaid will include a facility fee of €1, with the exception of cinema tickets. The facility fee of €1.00 per ticket will be integrated into the price advertised.

Fridayfest - Weekly Drawing Drop-In

Free weekly drawing / writing / social gathering to create together. This is a fun, relaxed session, where everybody is welcome. It is not a class, but an opportunity to draw, chat or even write in a friendly environment.

At Mermaid we are keen to support young people and are delighted to offer a number of work experience placements for Transition Year students for the academic year 2022/2023 as a channel for young people from all backgrounds to find a career in the arts. Deadline for applications is Friday 30th September.

Our two new TRANSFORM associate artists for 2022/23 are Elida Maiques and Chris Moran​. They join two of our associate artists from 2021 which are Shiva R Joyce and Emmet Kirwan​.
