What are we looking for?

We’re looking for musicians who are up for working in a playful, responsive way with an unpredictable and wonderful audience. Performers will move about during the performance and interact with the children and anything could happen – so we’re looking for people who are up for this delightful challenge! We need people who can perform from memory, respond in the moment, can work in a wide range of musical styles, and who are available for all of the session dates. Previous experience of working with children and babies is a bonus, but not essential. Some singing ability is a must as is a willingness to work in a different way with such a distinct audience.

What does the application process entail?

After receipt of applications prospective mentees will be contacted and invited for interview. The interviews will take place week beginning 26/8/24.

Please send in a 1-page expression of interest, CV (no more than 3 pages) and links to/ examples of previous work.

Email to lullabyresidency@gmail.com by end of Monday 19th August 2024. Any questions please email as above.
